The Data Defenders game, being developed under the Yo-Media project by the game designer Frederico Proença and game artist Ana Passos, was tested and played by students at the 2024 Summer Academy of University of Aveiro.

This year the program addressed activities especially on media literacy. The Yo-Media team created a booklet about the game and the students received stickers as they completed the activities. The initiative was a great opportunity to gather first feedback on Data Defenders.
